Hi,

You know, I never noticed this on my mobile until you mentioned it. However, I suspect that it is not something that you have to worry about. I can see my birth year on my own mobile device using the FB app, however I cannot see the birth year of the friends that I have that have not elected to display that. So I suspect that you can only see it on your own phone.

thank you for posting this...however, while my birthyear does not show on my Facebook profile, it still shows up when viewed via Facebook Mobile. Any ideas on how to block this? Thank you!
